Hello my name is Louisa and firstly may I thank you for taking the time to visit my website. Several years ago I was keen to do something to help me get fitter, more toned and feel better about myself. I have never really enjoyed going to the gym or attending high impact exercise classes, so when someone suggested yoga, I thought that it couldn't hurt to give it a try. To my surprise, not only did I find myself enjoying the classes more than I was expecting, I quickly began to notice how much better I felt physically and how much calmer I felt mentally. Yoga has been my passion ever since.
